Andrew Maidwell is to attempt walking the boundary of Northumberland starting on Tuesday October 13th and finishing (With a bit of luck) on Saturday 24th October. A number of Andy's family friends and colleagues will be joining him throughout the walk to keep him company. Andy's aim is to raise as much money as possible for the NSPCC. I will be updating this blog hopefully on a daily basis to keep everyone informed as to how this very big walk is progressing.

We had a great day one with lots of laughs and camaraderie along the way.That said, Boy was I pleased to see the Blanchland sign, and even more thrilled to arrive home an hour later and soak in a deep bath...
